A 60 minutes soak in our Tri-bathe experience. Inspired by contrast therapy, this revitalising ritual uses hot and cold immersion to energise your body and calm your mind. Begin with a steam shower, then sink into a hot tub, and finish with a cold plunge. We are currently taking bookings up until 31st August 2026.
